The company has also begun, through its legal advisor, attorney George Zaayni, to take the necessary legal actions by filing a complaint before the Urgent Matters Judge to uncover the identity of those responsible for these acts and to take immediate measures to stop the infringement.

The complaint will be based on the provisions of the Lebanese Penal Code relating to crimes of damage, vandalism, and attacks on electronic systems, in addition to articles of the Commercial Code related to unfair competition, in preparation for prosecuting anyone proven to be involved in these actions and imposing the most severe legal penalties against them.

The company further confirms that, through its legal advisor, it will announce the specific legal articles on which the lawsuit will rely, reinforcing the seriousness of the measures taken against the offending party.
